Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — every piece is thrown, glazed and fired by me in my home studio in Bangalow. Because of that, no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations in colour, glaze and form are the mark of real handmade work.

I release work in small batches a few times a year, called drops, rather than holding constant stock. Between drops the shop may be quiet. The best way to catch a drop is to join the newsletter or follow along on Instagram — I always give a heads-up before pieces go live.

Yes — it's made to be used and enjoyed every day. As with all handmade stoneware, it'll last longest with a little care: I recommend hand washing where you can and avoiding sudden temperature changes (don't take a piece from the fridge straight to a hot oven).

Australia-wide. I aim to post within 3-5 business days, sometimes a little longer right after a drop. If there’s an urgency, message me via the contact page and I can help you out. Pieces are packed with care for their journey via Australia Post and the Tracking Number is sent to you. For peace of mind, I also add postage insurance for loss or damage.
